We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy we do not provide a refund on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for another size, or a store credit provided below mentioned conditions are met.

• You must raise a return within 2 days of delivery of the product.
• The item(s) should be unused, unspoiled, and unwashed.
• The packaging should have the original tags in place
• VIDYASHRI By Shilpa reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges

PLEASE NOTE

• Size exchanges are free of cost.
• Returns have a cost of Rs 100/- per request which will be deducted from the amount of store credit.
• If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged a second time.
• All custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• All final sale/sample sale/clearance sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
