RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND RETURN.

  • We humbly don’t take returns on items sold once.
  • The product will be exchanged in case of size and fitting issues only.
  • Custom-made pieces are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • The exchange request must be made by the customer within 2 days of the receipt of the product. Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 2 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • The products should be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. In case the Same product is out of stock then we will refund the money within 7 working days of receiving the defective product at our end, but we will need a complete unboxing video for the same
  • In the case of Bangles, the fixed sets can be exchanged if there are sizing issues, for customized sets there is no return or exchange policy.
  • The products should be unused in any case.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
  • Products bought during sale are non-refundable
  • Jewelry such as earrings, Necklaces, rings, Bangles, etc.… cannot be returned or exchanged until it gets damaged while shipping and opening video is compulsory for that.

Cancellation Policy
In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation through the link: https://vidyashricloset.com/ There is no order cancellation policy for customized orders.
